By using Rausa, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
You retain ownership of your photos and ratings. However, by posting, you grant us a license to host and display your content to operate the App. You acknowledge that your content will be analyzed by multiple AI models (Google and OpenAI) for tagging, moderation, and system redundancy.
You agree to follow our Community Guidelines. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these standards. Per the DSA 2026, you have the right to appeal moderation decisions within 30 days.
Illegal acts, spam, and 'trash' ratings are strictly prohibited. You may not attempt to scrape data or reverse engineer the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, One Step A Time shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to $50 USD. These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and any disputes will be resolved through Binding Arbitration or Small Claims Court in Ontario.
