Welcome to Rausa! To maintain a high-quality, safe, and helpful community, we require all users to adhere to these Guidelines.

1. Authenticity and Integrity

• Real Ratings: Only post ratings for items or experiences you have personally had.
• No Spam: Commercial advertisements or 'trash' ratings are strictly prohibited.
• AI Disclosure: AI-assisted reviews must accurately reflect your personal opinion.

2. Respectful Interaction

• No Harassment: Stalking or targeting other users is not tolerated.
• No Hate Speech: Zero tolerance for content promoting violence or discrimination.

3. Media Standards

• Relevant Imagery: Photos should be of the item or location being rated.
• No Explicit Content: Zero tolerance for pornography or suggestive content.
• No Violence: Depicting graphic violence or illegal acts is prohibited.

4. Moderation & Appeals (DSA 2026)

We use multiple AI models (Google and OpenAI) and human moderators for redundancy and safety. If content is removed, you will receive a Statement of Reasons and have 30 days to appeal via rausa@onestepatime.com.
